• Price advantage:
• Travel costs (travel time and kilometres) discounted by 50% per journey
• Discount of 20% on the hourly rate for repairs to the SFG resulting from maintenance
• 20% discount on spare parts prices for PROFIL sorting and feeding equipment for material resulting from maintenance
• Fixed maintenance price for at least three years
• Minimum term 3 years, can be extended as required
• Maintenance interval 1x or 2x per year

Remote service contract:

With the PROFIL Remote Service Box and the corresponding PROFIL Remote Service Contract, our technical support offers fast and efficient assistance in analysing any faults that occur in your production without the need for a PROFIL service technician to be at the system. Remote access to the controls of the PROFIL sorting and feeding equipment allows the running programme as well as the inputs and outputs of the control system to be checked so that a cost-effective and fast-reacting remote diagnosis can be made. In the best case scenario, the fault can be rectified immediately by your own employee.
